The Common Application (informally known as the CommonApp), is an undergraduate college admission application system that applicants use to apply to any of 900+ member colleges and universities across the globe. Increased complexity of the application process and outdated functionality prompted the organization to initiate an Application Modernization effort.
Johnsons Space Center (JSC) desires to implement a managed cloud environment (JSC-MCE) within the Amazon Web Services (AWS) environment to provide application hosting, Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), Software as a Service (SaaS), and a flexible, and scalable cloud computing platform.
USGS was interested in performing a study to evaluate AWS Web Application Firewall (WAF) as a centralized, enterprise scale WAF solution to replace more expensive Barracuda WAF and Sophos UTM products.

Our team conducted an in-depth discovery session to analyze the existing and project needs of USGS and provided a feasibility analysis of AWS WAF. Study included current capabilities as well as future roadmap.
When we started the project, the DOT had dozens of existing AWS accounts created by business units and managed by various outside vendors. These accounts were not following standard guidelines for security, identity management, logging, and networking; one account had even been recently breached. When we ended, the organization had standard and supportable processes, increased speed and visibility, higher security and control, and higher end-user capabilities – all at a lower cost.​
Conservation International had a need to move their RackSpace cloud infrastructure to Amazon Web Services (AWS) managed cloud. Hosting data and applications on AWS presented cost savings over the RackSpace environment. Conservation International required the transition of its in-use Windows 2008 R2, SharePoint 2013, SQL Server, and Active Directory.
As a non-profit organization, Conservation International was under significant time and budget constraints to complete this project. Enquizit developed and followed a comprehensive project plan and was able to accommodate all of our customer’s needs, including porting existing SQL Server licenses over to AWS and providing the additional out of scope service of load testing the website using Bees with Machineguns, post migration. Load test benchmarks revealed performance increases between 600 and 1,000 percent.
WinWin is a non-profit organization that strives to facilitate collaboration among socially-responsible entities that provide benefits to the needy. The organization is staffed primarily by geographically dispersed interns and volunteers. They, however, were working without the modern technology needed to realize the vision of joining resource providers in order to more effectively and efficiently distribute provisions.​
In the wake of Hurricane Michael that landed just West of Tallahassee, FL on October 2018, FSU leadership called for a refresh of their DR solution that could consistently meet a sub 1-hour RPO and 8 hour RTO – the business needed a high-confidence solution in the unlikely event of an actual disaster. FSU wanted to shift from its traditional Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) approach to a more modern BCDR approach using the AWS platform for DR.
