Data Center Discovery & Migrations
We begin with manual and automated data discovery to estimate the migration effort, time, and cost, and run rates for compute and storage resources on the cloud.
We then analyze the data to identify the initial migration dispositions (6Rs), and target EC2 instance types/sizes and EBS volumes/sizes. We work with stakeholders to prioritize initial migration groups. These steps are iterated until the migration process is ready to begin.

We use an Agile approach for migration execution with a “Migration Factory” comprised of teams, tools, and processes to streamline the transition.
