GSA 8(a) STARS III Overview
The 8(a) STARS III is a small business set-aside GWAC (Government Wide Acquisition Contract) established to provide Government customers with access to customized IT solutions from a large and diverse pool of 8(a) industry partners. As 8(a) industry partners are already vetted, purchasing services through this contract presents cost and time savings, while ensuring the necessary capabilities of vendors.
Enquizit provides cloud migration services and software development combined with operational optimization, known as DevOps, as well as system optimization and software modernization, to deliver custom solutions in and outside of the cloud. When purchasing services from Enquizit through the 8(a) STARS III contract, Government customers receive the benefits associated with the GWAC as well as those associated with working with a competent consulting partner. GSA MAS IT Schedule Overview
The U.S. General Services Administration (GSA) MAS IT Schedule is a typically 5-year contract awarded to outstanding technology vendors that have been thoroughly vetted in regards to offering fair and reasonable prices while also being in compliance with all applicable Government laws and regulations. Having such a contract allows both the awarded vendor and purchasing agencies the ability to curtail administrative costs as well as delays imposed by navigating the hurdles of regulation. 8(A) Sole - Source
An 8(a) Sole-Source Contract is a small business set-aside provided to help qualifying business with a fair share of contracting opportunities. Assuming the small business in question is responsible, that the contract can be awarded at a fair market price, and that the government estimate doesn’t exceed $7 million for manufacturing requirements or $4 million for all other requirements, such a business will indeed qualify. As 8(a) industry partners are already vetted, purchasing services through this contract presents cost and time savings, while ensuring the necessary capabilities of vendors. NASPO Valuepoint
The NASPO ValuePoint Cooperative Purchasing Organization LLC, is a nonprofit, wholly owned subsidiary of the National Association of State Procurement Officials (NASPO). NASPO ValuePoint provides the highest standard of excellence in public cooperative contracting. By leveraging the leadership and expertise of all states and the purchasing power of their public entities, NASPO ValuePoint delivers the highest valued, reliable and competitively sourced contracts – offering public entities outstanding prices. Enquizit is one of 33 companies awarded NASPO ValuePoint’s Cloud Solutions Master Agreement. The selection process requires a rigorous competitive review and awards are only given to companies that can pass the strongest data and security requirements. Enquizit has been providing IT services since 2002 and specializing in cloud since 2011, with particular services including cloud migration planning and optimization, application modernization, and managed services to public sector and non-profit organizations, including federal, state and local governments and educational institutions. The NASPO ValuePoint contract will provide a cooperative of state and local governments, including public educational institutions, streamlined access to Enquizit’s cloud migration and application modernization services.
Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC)
The Massachusetts Higher Education Consortium (MHEC) was established to create efficiencies in the State College and University procurement processes by leveraging purchasing volume to negotiate better prices. The three-year contract awarded by MHEC will provide IT project services, business, and technical services for New England member states and make it easier for those states to access MHEC services.
Enquizit has been providing IT services since 2002 and specializing in cloud since 2011, with particular services including cloud migration planning and optimization, application modernization and managed services to public sector and non-profit organizations, including federal, state and local governments, and educational institutions. For MHEC, Enquizit will provide services including software and systems development, design and integration, systems integration/networking, systems planning, information security IT planning, electronic content management consulting, geographic information systems (GIS) projects, digital accessibility consulting, process mapping and redesign resources, application and system analysts, and independent verification and validation (IV&V).
