The General Services Administration awarded Enquizit, Inc. the 8(a) STARS II Governmentwide Acquisition Contract. This contract, awarded only to small businesses, provides federal agencies with greater accessibility to the customized cutting-edge IT services Enquizit offers, while reducing administrative and financial burdens. According to the GSA website, http://www.gsa.gov, “The 8(a) STARS II GWAC Open Season was awarded on June 13, 2017. A notice to proceed was issued on June 26, 2017, effectively allowing new industry partners to receive task orders.” Contracting vehicles such as these serve to reduce contracting and administrative costs, as well as procurement lead time. Enquizit is a technology firm headquartered in the greater Washington D.C. metropolitan area. As a member of the Amazon Web Services Amazon Partner Network within all five competency areas, Enquizit is able to seamlessly deliver all technology solutions that AWS has in its repertoire. Enquizit provides software development combined with operational optimization, known as DevOps, as well as system optimization and software modernization, to deliver custom solutions in and outside of the cloud. The GWAC groups certifications into “Constellations” that represent vendor capabilities. Enquizit was certified in Constellation 1–Technical Proficiency and Competitive Prices–in the functional areas: Custom Computer Programming Services, Computer Facilities Management Services, and Other Computer Related Services.
